I purchased a Magellan GPS with life time free map updates. The model is a roadmate 3045LM and works great on the road but can't get my free map updates. I've sent several emails to Magellan support for held but no reply yet. I've tried the suggestions on Magellans help but still same results. The Magellan Content Manager sends me notice that a update is available but when I try ask me to buy.
